In a few short minutes our experienced instructors will equip you with a harness and life-jacket, train you about your active part of the take-off and landing, and have you safely flying high above Osoyoos Lake. Para-sailing was developed originally by the German navy in 1918 to hoist an observer skyward, in the 1960fs it was turned into a thrilling recreational sport! While the Para-sail looks somewhat like a Para-chute you might jump out of an airplane with, they are actually custom built for us by the best supplier in the world in Utah, USA. To fly you simply take a few steps and the equipment takes you skyward. We take you around the lake twice, on your first lap we bring your feet down to touch the water, (a great photo opportunity), and on your second approach, the ground crew gives you some very simple instructions to guide you in for a gentle and safe landing, to the cheers of your family and friends. For the rest of the ride you can relax and take in the spectacular view of Osoyoos and Canada's only desert! Sure to be the highlight of your acation.
